Bohra Rubber is equipped with one of the very few, integrated rubber extrusion and molding facilities available the world over. Our plant is equipped with fully synchronized cold-feed extrusion, coupled with on-line UHF curing system. The facility is equipped with the ability to co-extrude profiles with dual durometers and metal inserts.

We possess the latest On-Line Continuous curing flocking facility, to manufacture high-end EPDM flocked profiles with high abrasion resistance properties. The moulding facility is equiped with injection transfer and compression moulding process. The product design, mold design and tool development facility is available in-house, which immensely contributes to our ability to provide a quick turn key solution, from component design, to supply of the final product from our mass production line.

Bohra Rubber makes its own recipes and compounds, and the same is processed in its in-house compounding facility. This contributes in a big way to control the product parameters on a consistent basis, and also vastly increases our ability to manage the flexibility in our operations.

We also serve a niche segment of specialty profiles and other components, with specifications like high TS with high EB, ultra low specific gravity, flame resistant EPDM profiles, and similar other unique parameters. These are coupled with our BIS approved testing facility for all types of rubber components and their properties, as per ASTM, JIS, JASO and DIN standards.
