Thus the company can serve as a single point source for majority of your rubber components requirements processed out of varying processes like extrusion, co-extrusion, injection moulding, transfer moulding, compression moulding to name a few.
Our plant is equipped with fully synchronized cold-feed extrusion, coupled with on-line UHF curing system. The facility is equipped with the ability to co-extrude profiles with dual durometers and metal inserts. We possess the latest On-line Flocking facility to manufacture high-end flocked profiles with high abrasion resistance properties.
The company utilises various types of processes in the rubber moulding facility. It possesses equipment for injection moulding, transfer moulding, compression moulding and speciality assembled components moulding to cover a majority of processes that can potentially be used to manufacture automotive rubber components.
Bohra Rubber makes its own receipes and compounds, and the same is processed in its in-house compounding facility. This contributes in a big way to control the product parameters on a consistent basis and also vastly increases our ability to manage the flexibility in our operations. We primarily follow ASTM, JIS, JASO and DIN standards as the in-house product parameters benchmarks. The fully equipped R&D and testing laboratory enhances the company’s ability to manufacture new receipes and constantly look at ways and means to improve upon the existing formulations. Most importantly it plays a pivotal role in the quality control processes of the company.
The design and development activity is carried on using the latest 3D software applications available. All the activities including product design, mould design and tool development are available in-house, which immensely contribute to our ability to provide a quick turn key solution, starting with product design to supply of the final product from our mass production line.
